We are looking for additional staff to join our existing teams and recognise that our people are our greatest asset.
Experience and qualifications are not necessary as full training will be provided through our career development programme and mentoring schemes.
Kindness, compassion, reliability, loyalty and willingness to learn are more important to us.
We would welcome enquiries from retirees and those over 50 who either wish to return to full time employment or indeed want to do the odd hour here and there. Also people who have never worked in the care sector on a professional basis but feel that they would like to make a difference to someone’s life and who feel that they have the necessary qualities to be a good Carer.
We are able to offer paid mileage, travel, training and holidays. Free DBS (vetting), uniform and a contributory pension scheme.
We also offer a telephone first interview. Look at Care Scheme (meet the team and accompany a qualified Carer before any commitment) and a formal interview to each applicant.
